Summer lovin! Rachel Bilson served as a bridesmaid in her brother John’s wedding this past weekend, and the Hart of Dixie star took to Instagram on Saturday, June 4, to document the family festivities.

The O.C. alum, 34, previewed the weekend by first posting a photo of a freshly-layered confection in a glass bowl several days ago. “Made my banana pudding,” Bilson captioned the pic on Instagram. “#familycoming #brothersweddingweek.”

Bilson then uploaded a flurry of photos on Saturday, including a snap with her father — producer, writer and director Danny Bilson.

“When you get photobombed by your dad #brothersweddingweek,” the star wrote, alongside an image of her parent grinning as she stood with her hands on her hips. Bilson looked beautiful for that particular occasion — presumably the rehearsal dinner — in a tiered blue lace dress by Self-Portrait.

The actress later took a selfie in her bridal party attire. In the pretty photo, an all-dolled-up Bilson gazes at the camera in her one-shoulder blush gown. Countdown #brotherswedding,” she captioned the snap. ”Always a bridesmaid…..

Countdown #brotherswedding always a bridesmaid…..😉

Bilson concluded her night with a late-night photo of herself with a pal. “Party on Wayne,” she wrote. “#brotherswedding.”

The star — who shares a baby girl, Briar Rose, with longtime beau Hayden Christensen — has spoken out about her big brother’s influence in past interviews, including one particularly memorable Q&A more than 10 years ago.

“I really [look] up to him. He’s the reason why I met my best friends,” Bilson told Elle Girl in February 2005 of John. “And music-wise he really influenced me. When you have an older sibling, you can’t help but look up to them. The way he teased me and tortured me really made me stronger. I always use that when I have a boyfriend. I’m like, ‘I’m tough! I have an older brother!’ And they’re like, ‘You’re not tough.’ It’s really funny.”
