Rich Kids of Beverly Hills stars Morgan Stewart and Brendan Fitzpatrick can thank photographer Lucas Rossi for capturing every elegant moment from their May 7 nuptials, which was documented on the E! reality series on Sunday, June 19. The Knot caught up with Rossi, and he shared some intimate details about what it was like to capture the wedding.

“The most memorable moment of the wedding, to me, was their vows to one another,” the photographer tells The Knot. “[They were] extremely heartfelt and sweet.”
Although Stewart and Fitzpatrick’s wedding day went off without a hitch, Rossi had his work cut out for him. “The biggest challenge was adjusting to shooting a wedding with a camera crew around,” he recalls. “On top of having to get the perfect shots myself, I had to be hyper-aware of my surroundings and try to stay out of their shots.”

The shutterbug says he briefly met the other #RichKids, but he was concentrated on the task at hand. “[I was] so focused on everything else that was going on. Everyone was so sweet!” he shares with us.

“The other challenge was shooting the first romantic picture of Morgan and Brendan together after the ceremony,” Rossi explains. He had exactly six minutes to capture the perfect shot, edit and upload it to share with a media outlet.

The Knot first announced Stewart and Fitzpatrick’s union back in May. Fans of the reality stars anxiously awaited the #RichKids season 4 finale on Sunday, June 19, which revealed their wedding day. While there was plenty of turmoil leading up to the #RichKids nuptials, the wedding was drama-free and breathtaking.

Rossi is not taking his part in Stewart and Fitzpatrick’s wedding day for granted. “It was definitely an exciting opportunity,” he acknowledges, “that I am beyond grateful for.”
