Rob Kardashian and his girlfriend Blac Chyna took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 5 to show off her huge diamond engagement ring. After generating some pretty big rumors, Chyna and Kardashian are engaged Chyna’s Executive Coordinator Antonio Velaz confirms to The Knot!
In the photo she shared Tuesday morning, model Chyna is facing away from the camera, hand raised to her face, rocking an enormous diamond ring on that very special ring finger! Not only that, the giver-of-the-engagement-ring Kardashian, who is brother to Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, is sitting right next to her, grinning ear to ear.
Not a late April Fool’s prank, Chyna captioned the photo with an obvious hint at the Kardashian’s marriage proposal in just one word, “YES !…!…!”
UPDATE: Chyna confirmed her engagement to Kardashian via Instagram, writing, “I’m so blessed and honored to have good man in my life, I love you @robkardashian.”
Custom jeweler Ben Baller confirmed via Instagram that he designed the 7-carat engagement ring. “Congrats to @RobKardashian & @BlacChyna on getting engaged. Rob, I have never seen you this happy before and I’ve known you since you were a teenager. I’m glad you came to your day 1 homie to get this massive [ring] for your lady. Before details of Blac’s engagement ring were confirmed, Forevermark Diamond Expert Kristen Trustey estimated to The Knot that the ring is a cushion-cut diamond on a pave band. “The band is set in platinum or white gold,” Trustey tells The Knot. “Depending on clarity and color, the ring is estimated around $1 million.”
Also speaking up about the couple’s engagement, fellow model Amber Rose shared Chyna’s photo to her Instagram just moments ago, offering her congratulations to her bestie and her beau. “Congratulations to my family @blacchyna and @robkardashian! Please don’t let nothing or no one tear u guys apart! I never seen my sis so happy and I couldn’t be more happy for her!” she wrote.

While Chyna shared a casual photo of her stunning new diamond ring, Kardashian’s Instagram stepped up the wealth, showing off not only the expensive ring but literal money, too. With a photo of his supposed fiancee holding a giant stack of $1 bills to her ear and covering her mouth with a pink-manicured hand, we get another glimpse of the sparkling diamond.

There’s no sneaky caption here though, Kardashian simply commented with four eggplant emojis, though the sentiment seems to speak for itself.
Adding to the couple’s social media congratulations is Chyna’s Executive Coordinator Velaz, who confirmed their engagement to The Knot, tweeted a quick, “Congrats,” to the couple shortly after Chyna’s post early in the morning on Tuesday, perhaps indicating the couple were engaged on the night of Monday, April 4.

Kardashian and Chyna began dating in January, and though many fans credit the model to bringing the tv personality out of a rumored depression that left him silent on social media, the two have also stirred rumors of drama within the Kardashian-Jenner family. Chyna has a son with, and was previously engaged to Rapper Tyga who is famously dating Kardashian’s half-sister Kylie Jenner.
