Meghan Markle’s new role as Britain’s newest member of the royal family (newer even than baby Louis, who was born in April) is garnering her some major support from her friends and family back at home in the States.
On Saturday, May 19, a whole slew of Markle’s closest friends and former Suits co-stars started trickling in at 9:30 a.m. GMT. Several famous cross-Atlantic faces like Oprah and Victoria Beckham also came dressed in their wedding best to wish the bride and Prince Harry the very best in their new life together as husband and wife.
Amal and George Clooney vied for the hottest couple at the royal wedding award with Victoria and David Beckham, with both A-list couples turning heads as they headed into Windsor Castle Saturday.
Both Amal and Victoria played with bright pops of color; Amal donned a Lemonade-esque canary yellow Stella McCartney gown, while Victoria opted for a deep navy blue. Their leading men weren’t dressed too shabbily either, in grey suits and, in David’s case, a pair of sleek aviators.

Other guests included Tom Hardy, singer Joss Stone (a good friend of Prince Harry), and Serena Williams and husband Alexis Ohanian.

Idris Elba and his fiancée Sabrina Dhowre were two of the first famous faces to arrive at Windsor Castle, with Elba looking dapper in a classic black suit and tie, and Dhowre in a demure black, red and green dress and white pumps.
Oprah also accompanied Elba and Dhowre into the chapel, donning a powder pink Stella McCartney dress and matching hat with an elaborate burst of flowers and feathers.

James Blunt, a longtime friend of Prince Harry’s, entered the chapel earlier on as well, with his wife Sofia Wellesley by his side. A detail of note: Blunt, who is a veteran of the British Army, guarded the Queen Mother’s coffin during her funeral.
Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriends, Cressida Bonas and Chelsy Davy, were also both in attendance.

Markle’s love interest from Suits, Patrick J. Adams, arrived later on in the morning. The two are longtime friends, who bonded over their young age at the start of the series. In the season finale, Markle’s character Rachel Zane married Adams’ on-screen persona Mike Ross, with both leads bowing out of the series.
Markle’s longtime friend Priyanka Chopra also arrived at Windsor Castle looking stunning in a grey Vivienne Westwood dress and a Philip Treacy hat.

Also present were Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna Paulsen on the legal drama, and leading man Gabriel Macht, who plays Harvey Specter. Macht donned a maroon tie and excitedly escorted his wife, Jacinda Barrett, into the chapel. Gina Torres also struck a stunning silhouette in a bold red printed dress and chic hat.
