Cheers! Ryan Seacrest proudly served as the “man of honor” in his little sister’s wedding this weekend.
Before the intimate ceremony in Mexico on November 5, Seacrest posed for a group photo with the bride, Meredith, and her six bridesmaids.
“Trying to fit in,” the radio and television host, 41, captioned the group shot. “Final countdown!”
On the morning of the wedding, Seacrest took to Twitter to share his excitement. “Today’s the day… excited for my sis!” he gushed. “Proud to be her man of honor.”
Many brides prefer to be pampered on their wedding day, but Seacrest’s sister opted for a pre-wedding workout with her bro. “The day your sis grows up… man of honor bride workout first stop,” he wrote alongside a snap of the siblings. In the photo, the On Air personality is holding a sign which adorably reads, “MOH.”
In the days leading up to the nuptials, Seacrest was at Meredith’s side. His first task? To pick up his sister’s gown. “Man of honor duty #1,” he captioned a snap of the duo holding up the dress, which was safely tucked away in a garment bag. “Make sure she’s got the dress. check!”

Meredith, who is the executive director and COO at the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, married Jimmy Leach, a senior executive at TOMS. The bride stunned in a strapless Vera Wang gown, and according to People, the men wore suits and accessories from the Ryan Seacrest Distinction collection. The bridal party appropriately donned TOMS shoes.
Back in October 2015, Seacrest was emotional when his beloved sis asked him to play the important part on her big day. “I have a role in my sisters wedding….just shed tear. Love u @MereSeacrest,” he announced via Twitter, along with the poem Meredith wrote to ask him to do her the honor.
“You’ve been by my side all of my life,” the poem read, “and I wouldn’t want you anywhere else when I become a wife. I’m so lucky to have you as a brother, and couldn’t imagine celebrating with anyone other. So basically what I’m trying to say… Will you be my Man of Honor on my special day?!”
