There’s nothing quite like newlywed bliss. A week ago on November 25, Sadie Robertston married husband Christian Huff at her family’s farm in Louisiana. The Duck Dynasty star and her husband exchanged vows in front of 600 guests on a tennis court. While the couple spun several traditions (the former Dancing With the Stars contestant wore two dresses, for example), they participated in one popular newlywed ritual: the honeymoon. Right after their nuptials, the couple took off for their post-wedding vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Robertson shared a collection of pictures from the trip, which show the couple enjoying their beach vacation and lounging in the sun with quesadillas and chips. Robertson captioned the photos, “I know it’s only week 1 but marriage is awesome.”
Huff also revealed photos from the honeymoon, showing off the scenic beach and more yummy food. He is also enjoying newlywed life, as he captioned his post, “Best week of my life with my smokin hot wife.”
After sharing photos of her and her new husband, the reality personality took to Instagram to thank her followers for their support in a separate post. “Just want to say, Christian and I have been talking so much this week about how cool it is that everyone has celebrated our marriage (in our personal lives and on social media) we’ve smiled at text, talks, gifts, showers, and comments. We’ve truly been so thankful. It’s brought so much joy and excitement for our life and future together!…Cheers to marriage” she wrote.
While those are all the pictures the couple has shared so far, Robertson hinted there may be more on the way. “P.s. I don’t know when the wedding, rehearsal dinner, or honeymoon pics will ever stop – it may be next year lol,” she joked at the end of her post.
