Legit Sadie Rob is legit getting married. Reality star Sadie Robertson of Duck Dynasty is engaged to boyfriend Christian Huff.
Sadie, the granddaughter of the show’s outlandish Phil Robertson, announced via Instagram on Sunday, June 9, that she is marrying Huff. “I screamed YES,” Robertson wrote alongside a video clip from the proposal. “So many words and so many more pictures to come, but for now just know my friends I’m the happiest human in the world on June 9th, 2019 today and for the rest of my life. I GET TO MARRY THIS MAN. God is faithful and so so good.”
The clip shows the couple traveling down a scenic road to a private alcove complete with a romantic set up in the middle of a field. While viewers can’t hear what Huff said as he dropped to one knee, it’s evident that Robertson was overcome with emotion as she replied yes.
Huff was prepared to pop the question, having a professional videographer positioned nearby to document the life moment. He also invited Sadie’s family members to celebrate the engagement after it took place Sunday.
Other family members like Sadie’s mother, Korie Robertson, took to Instagram to celebrate the engagement. “Sadie’s getting married!!!!!” she gushed Sunday. “To the most amazing man, and we are beaming!!!
