Country star Sam Hunt married his longtime love, Hannah Lee Fowler, on Saturday, April 15. The nuptials took place in Hunt’s hometown of Cedartown, Georgia, according to TMZ.
Nashville designer Olia Zavozina created Fowler’s wedding gown and her bridesmaids’ dresses, as well as suits for Hunt and his groomsmen.
The newlyweds had perfect timing, as Hunt, 32, has a break in his busy schedule before his tour resumes in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida in May.
“If there ever is a time to do it, it is now,” the “Body Like a Back Road” singer told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month. “It is more to celebrate the union of marriage than it is each other. I am excited about doing that.”
After confirming their engagement back in January, the couple opted for a laid back ceremony.
“[It will be] low-key, low maintenance,” Hunt told the publication. “We are both kind of introverted people for the most part, so we don’t like celebrating ourselves too much.”
