#JofiaProblems! After getting married last November, Sofia Vergara is officially experiencing her first full football season with her husband, Joe Manganiello.
The Modern Family actress stopped by The Tonight Show this week and joked about Manganiello’s obsession with football–specifically, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“He’s like a sick person,” Vergara told Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday. “I mean I think it’s one of the important things in his life. Not just football. It’s the Steelers. It’s the Pittsburgh Steelers.”
A week ago, Vergara posted a hilarious photo of her husband decked out in head-to-toe Steelers clothing, including a black and yellow shirt, Steelers sweats, and official team socks. “That was one of his subtle days actually,” the actress noted. “He has a section in his closet that is all Steelers outfits.”
Fallon asked Vergara whether she’s now a Steelers fan due to her husband’s support of the Pennsylvania team. “Well, I mean after two years, he’s brainwashed me,” she said. “I mean, I have no choice!”
According to Vergara, the Magic Mike hunk will wear his lucky Steelers clothing when he’s watching games alone. “I’m like, ‘Nobody’s here.’ …I think that he thinks that those outfits are like wearing Tom Ford or Gucci or something. I’m like, ‘Joe, that’s not like a brand of clothing with the Steeler’s logo. It’s not.’”
Along with the actor’s themed outfits, Vergara says Manganiello will magically swap her usual coffee mug with his Steelers mug. That’s not all. “I look for my pen! He changes it into a Steelers pen!” she sighed.
Marriage, though, has made Vergara understanding. “Now I’ve learned to accept it,” she shared. “In the beginning, it was a little weird.”
That doesn’t necessarily mean she follows the team. Fallon asked whether she could name the starting quarterback for the Steelers, and Vergara replied: “Big Ben… Cheeseburger.”
“Well, I don’t know really what is going on,” she added. “But I love the enthusiasm.”

Overall, her outlook about her husband’s love of football is hilarious and cute. “Now I love it!” she concluded. “I mean, it’s better that he’s addicted to that than something else. He’s at home with his whole outfit, not gambling somewhere in Vegas with strippers. So, I shouldn’t complain, right?”
