It’s been a whirlwind few years for future bride Brittany, who was diagnosed with stage IV non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2011. “It happened so suddenly,” the Dawson’s Creek actress told People in 2014. “There is is no way I would have ever gotten through this without my family. My family is everything to me and I feel like they saw me through this.”
