Those Wildest Dreams really do come true! Max Singer was feeling like the luckiest man alive after marrying Kenya Smith at the Brant Beach Yacht Club in Brant Beach, New Jersey, on Saturday, June 4 — but nothing could’ve prepared the new groom for the surprise gift he was about to receive.
Superstar singer Taylor Swift surprised the bride and groom by showing up to their wedding — and she was even prepared to sing.
“So Taylor swift showed up to my cousin’s wedding… #Surprised,” one family member shared.

After the initial shock wore off, the glowing couple posed for a group photo alongside the 1989 hitmaker. Swift, herself, later took to Instagram on Saturday to share several snaps from the nuptials. In one of the professional shots, the star makes a pouty kiss face with the bride and groom and other members of the bridal party. “Congratulations Max and Kenya!!” Swift captioned the photo.
The star followed up with a separate solo shot with the bride and groom. “Third wheel,” the newly-single star wrote alongside a crying-laughing emoji.

As an added bonus for the newlyweds, Swift performed an acoustic version of her hit single “Blank Space.”
And like any good guest, she didn’t arrive for the nuptials empty-handed. Swift presented the newlyweds with a handmade card featuring her song lyrics — “So it’s gonna be forever” — encircling their wedding date.

According to People, Max’s sister, Ali, orchestrated the surprise and caught the “New Romantics” singer’s attention when she reached out to her this past April — after their mom had passed away.
In the letter, Ali shared that her brother married Kenya in the hospital so that his mom could witness the special moment. The mother-son duo even danced to Swift’s “Blank Space” in the sweet ceremony.
