The First ‘Love Actually’ Reunion Trailer Is Here: Watch

The cue cards are back! News broke last month that there will be a mini Love Actually reunion in honor of Red Nose Day, and the very first trailer for the highly anticipated moment dropped this week.

In the first preview, Mark the videographer—whose unrequited love for Keira Knightley’s character was declared in the form of cue cards—is back. And he’s once again holding signs.

The actor, Andrew Lincoln of Walking Dead, then flips through each handwritten poster. “Hello, I just wanted to ask without hope or agenda (and just because it’s nearly Red Nose Day) that you join us for a very special reunion,” it says on the signs. “Called Red Nose Day Actually.”

As fans will recall, Mark was secretly in love with his best friend Peter’s wife Juliet (Knightley) in the beloved holiday movie. Juliet discovered the secret while watching her wedding video and realizing that Mark had solely focused on her in the footage.

Eventually, the character proclaimed his one-sided love by standing outside of the newlywed couple’s home and adorably holding up cue cards for Juliet—with one particularly famous line that read, “To me you are perfect.”

Many of the original cast members will return to the reunion, including Knightley, Liam Neeson, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and Hugh Grant. The late Alan Rickman–a central cast member to star in the original 2003 movie–passed away in the interim.

The reunion will air on Friday, March 24, on BBC 1. Watch above.
