Humble, kind, and a master of surprises! Grammy Award-winning artist Tim McGraw gave a Philadelphia couple a gift they’ll never forget when he showed up unexpectedly to perform at their wedding on Saturday, August 27.

The reception took place at Cescaphe Event Group’s Vie, and according to 6ABC, the bride’s father planned the epic surprise by enlisting McGraw to make his appearance during the father-daughter dance.

“When [Tim] McGraw crashes the wedding #asgoodasitgetz #philly #timmcgraw,” one wedding-goer captioned a video of the bride dancing with her dad while McGraw sang “My Little Girl” to a very receptive audience. Following the dance, the bride and her father each gave the singer a hug.

Another video posted on Instagram captured McGraw belting out “Live Like You Were Dying,” and encouraging wedding guests to sing along. The reception venue doubled as a concert hall for his performance.

The country singer, 49, knows a thing or two about the ins and outs of a successful marriage. He and his songstress wife, Faith Hill, 48, will be celebrating 20 years of marriage this October.

“Bam…. my bride!” McGraw captioned an Instagram shot of his wife’s legs last week.
