Tim Tebow and Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters are in the celebratory mood. Following the couple’s engagement this week at the Tebow family farm in Jacksonville, Florida, the newly-engaged pair made their way over to Walt Disney World to revel in their updated relationship status.
The couple posed for photos in Magic Kingdom on Friday, January 11, while sharing a few snippets from their theme park adventures on social media.
“Always magical with [Demi-Leigh]!” Tebow wrote on Instagram as his fiancée posted a snapshot of the two gazing lovingly at each other. “My Prince Charming,” she noted.
Tebow and the former Miss Universe also posed for photos with Cinderella and enjoyed the Dumbo ride together. According to ABC News, the couple visited the park together with family members and friends.
The prolific former quarterback of the Florida Gators proposed with a 7.25-carat solitaire diamond that is believed to be valued at well over half a million dollars. When he proposed, he declared to the crowned Miss South Africa 2017, “This ring is internally flawless—just like you.”
The couple both posted photos from the sweet moment Thursday. “Thank you for saying YES and making me the happiest man in the world,” Tebow wrote “You’re the love of my life, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
The couple told People in a story published Friday that they are potentially looking into a destination wedding in the Caribbean. “It’s going to be so much fun to plan it out,” Tebow said. “She’s going to want to have her friends and family there, and I’ll want my friends and family to be there. That’s the most important thing, to be surrounded by the people we love.”
