One London-based DJ pulled a power play on Tuesday, January 9, during a visit with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Ahead of their May 2018 wedding, the couple made their second official engagement appearance at the Reprezent 107.3FM studio in London. DJ Jevanni Letford saw a golden window of opportunity to potentially get in on the couple’s highly anticipated nuptials in Windsor, England, and quietly slipped the betrothed pair his business card.
“What’s that?” the fifth-in-line to the British royal throne asked the DJ, who replied: “DJ at your wedding! DJ at your wedding.”

Both Harry and Markle cracked a smile, as the royal slipped the card into his coat pocket.
Meanwhile, the future newlyweds met with another DJ, Remi Aderemi, at the station. “They were so down to earth and so cool,” she told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday. “They were so lovely, their atmosphere, like when they walked in they came in smiling. They looked like they wanted to be there… That’s always good to know. They were listening, they were asking questions, so that shows that they were listening and that they wanted to know more, which is great.”

The couple will wed on May 19, at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, which is the Queen’s part-time home. Markle, meanwhile, deleted all of her social media accounts this week, paving the way to becoming an official member of the royal family.
