There’s nothing little about Zoë Kravitz’s engagement ring from Karl Glusman. The Big Little Lies actress and Glusman both attended the Vanity Fair party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California, on Sunday, February 24, where Kravitz’s ring was on full display for photographers.
The piece is a vintage item featuring a diamond center stone. “He nailed it,” Kravitz previously noted of her engagement ring in a Rolling Stone cover story with what looks like tapered diamond accents around the band. The one-of-a-kind ring also includes an art deco-style halo.
“And I love that it wasn’t this elaborate plan in Paris,” she added. “It was at home, in sweatpants.”
Kravitz surprised everyone last October when she casually dropped her engagement news in the same article. “Oh yeah, I’m engaged. I’m engaged,” the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald actress shared. “I haven’t told anyone yet—I mean, I haven’t told the world. I wanted to keep it private.”
She recalled the low-key, at-home proposal, which took place in February 2018. “I was in sweatpants. I think I was a little drunk,” she said at the time. “I could feel his heart beating so fast. I was like, ‘Baby, are you OK?’ I was actually worried about him!”
